ATMODE Shipping Policy
At ATMODE, we strive to deliver your products efficiently and on time. Below is an outline of our delivery timeframes and shipping costs to ensure transparency in our process.
Delivery Timeframes:
Within India:
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
Outside India:
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivery within 10-15 working days.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs:
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy a flat shipping rate of INR 80 for all prepaid orders within India.
- Partial COD Orders: A non refundable convenience fee of INR 100 will be applied.
Discount Disclaimer: Shipping costs for discounted products may vary.
Undelivered Orders:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email on your registered contact number. You can use this number to track your order through our “Track Your Order” section on the website.
- Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order three times. If all three delivery attempts fail, you may contact our shipping partner or our customer service team through WhatsApp, SMS, or email to arrange a redelivery.
- Important: If you do not request a redelivery after the failed attempts, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to resend the order.
